Rick Jordan
Rick
Jordan is a certified personal fitness trainer with a
growing list of clients.
In addition
to 1-on-1 personal training, Rick was also an instructor
for the Body Conditioning Class, and a Spinning
instructor at Eagle Fitness. Rick has helped seniors stay in
shape by teaching fitness classes at Sierra Place
Assisted Living Center, and also teaches several
boot camp and weight training classes at 6 Week Workout.
Rick has
been involved in fitness for the past 10 years and has
participated in natural bodybuilding contests in
California and Nevada.
Rick is a
single father with an 11 year old daughter, and is IFA
Certified.
