WHAT IS CHECK POINT?
A flexible 6-week plan to fitness. After an initial
assessment, fitness goals will be established in
terms of strength, cardiovascular, core strength,
flexibility, and nutrition.

Weekly check points
- You
will have weekly checkpoints along with your
fellow Check Point members. If you have been
doing your workouts you should be able to
perform the goals that have been set by your
trainer or at least come close. This is your
Check Point, your day of accountability, and
hopefully your day to enjoy some success for all
your hard work.

6-Day goal planner - You
will have 6 cards; each one will have a workout
for a specific day of the week. You simply
follow what is on the card. I will update your
cards at each Check Point.

Twice a week you will receive text or email
reminders - Sticking
to a plan is tough on your own so I will text or
email, whichever you prefer, a reminder to stick
to your plan, but also a reminder of why you
have set a particular goal. Examples-To get off
medication, compete in an event, or feel
beautiful on your wedding day.

The number of goals you achieve at each meeting

Proof of activities with other Check Point
members such as a picture of members on a hike,
or a number tag from an organized event.
