1. What is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp is a full body workout combining cardio, weight training, and resistance training to condition your body to operate at optimal efficiency, burn fat, and increase stamina. Most body types respond well to this type of training and at our facility the bootcamps will always be different. We may use equipment such as weights or balls, just your body, or set up various obstacles.

2. What ages go to 6 Week Workout Bootcamp?

About 55% of 6 Week Workout members are middle aged, about 30% are young adults ages 20-35, and about 15% are seniors. We offer kids bootcamps for younger children as well.

3. What fitness levels attend 6 Week Workout?

All fitness levels are welcome, but most of our members join because they are out of shape and want to improve their health, or physique, or both.

4. How much does it cost?

Standard prices start at $200 per person for daily access to all classes and bootcamps. We offer discounts for families, students, military personnel, veterans, seniors, and also offer corporate rates for local businesses.

5. Why is it so expensive?

We are not a gym. We are a personal training facility. Our trainers are not there to lead you through a class. They are there to demonstrate correct technique, design balanced workouts, give modifications, and watch to make sure your form is correct, just as you would do in a private personal training session. You are essentially splitting a personal trainer with others in the class.  You are also paying for the flexibility of attending bootcamps and classes at various times without being locked into a timeslot. No other program in the area gives you as much as we do for your money.

6. Are Bootcamps 6 weeks long?

Actually...No - 6 Week Workout offers MONTHLY memberships. Each month you can renew your membership or cancel (if you're a QUITTER)...just kidding!

7. So...Why is it called 6 Week Workout if it is not 6 Weeks long???

Long story short...initially, the business was going to be an online fitness training service via webcam. When brainstorming for names, The conversation went like this: Arik - "how long would it take you to get a typical client measurable, noticeable results?" Colleen - "About six weeks." Arik - "So how 'bout '6WeekWorkout.com'?" Colleen - "OK".  Arik - "I'll make a logo."

Then...We evolved into a 6-week bootcamp program outside, and offered additional classes like abs and booty bootcamp for an additional fee. Such a large number of our clients wanted to continue that we moved into a facility and decided to include all bootcamps and classes for one fee, on a monthly basis.

8.  When does the program start?

You may begin at any time. Our memberships are on a month-to-month basis and include unlimited access to all classes and timeslots at our facility.

Our trainers modify all of the bootcamps and classes so that each person can work at their own fitness level.

6 Week Workout offers both indoor and outdoor bootcamps.

Bootcamps are currently offered 6 Days per week with morning, afternoon, and evening classes offered. Visit the 'Schedule' link on the side bar for current class schedules and times.

12. Can I come to different time slots/different days?

YES! Once you are a member, you have access to all classes offered on the schedule. Many of our members attend two classes in a row, and most come several times a week. Frequency of attendance is up to you.

13. Do you have a beginnerís class?

No. Again, exercises can be modified for beginners. As an example, a beginner may do pushups on the wall while an intermediate person may do them from their knees and an advanced person may do them from their feet or even with their feet on the wall.

No. You must be fully committed to attending our facility. You donít get results by randomly attending bootcamps.

15. Can I come and take a tour of the facility?

Touring the facility will not provide much information since bootcamps and classes are set up differently every time. We are not a gym and the use of equipment will be subject to what class or instructor is working on any given day. I prefer people take a class or at least come and watch a class to learn about our facility. You may come during any of the timeslots you see on the schedule. We are not open on a walk-in basis when classes are not going on as personal training sessions occur at those times.
