Kids get healthy-This program is designed for children 15lbs or more
overweight. 8-11years-old.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, at 5:15pm. 45 minutes. Other classes may be
added on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays to accommodate your child's
interests, fitness level, and schedule. These classes will be at 5:30pm, 6:00pm
on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Saturdays at 10:00am.  There is no extra charge
for additional classes and the classes are optional. It will be 6 weeks long
for $240.00
Classes will begin on May 18th.
 
 
Summer kids boot camp-8-11year-olds. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, at
11:15am. 45 minutes long. This class is open to kids with or without weight
issues and will incorporate all of the same things as our other programs at
varying levels.  You must decide if your child would be comfortable and if so,
than I am fine with it.  Kids have different personalities so what may bother
one doesn't affect another. Kids 15lbs overweight or more can bounce between
timeslots if they are comfortable. This program is also 6 weeks long for
$240.00.  Begins June 10th
 
Children 12 years and older may do adult boot camps if they have the maturity
level. They have access to all time slots and classes for $170.00 for 4 weeks. 
They are joining existing time slots and that is why there is a difference in
price.

Boot camp for underprivileged kids. - If you know of a child who does not have
the resources to afford our program, but is in need of our services please
contact me. I am looking for kids from low-income households, single moms,
...children that would otherwise never get the chance to do something like
this. We will have a program for these kids starting the second week in June.
