Basic  fitness plan is a written fitness routine, ideal for the person who does not know how to create a balanced workout plan. Your workout routine is emailed to you.  The workout is balanced by working opposing muscle groups with body resistance and free weights, stretching exercises, and cardio suggestions.

A 6-week workout is designed by a personal trainer after reviewing your fitness goals and fitness level.  Your workout is then emailed to you in written form with a detailed description of each exercise.  You view video clips demonstrating each exercise on our website via your own personal link.  You have unlimited email access to your personal trainer for any questions you may have.

A 6-week workout is designed especially for you with your fitness goals in mind.  The exercises are arranged in order on an online video that you can watch on your computer. Your trainer will rearrange your fitness routine by super-setting (combining exercises), changing the weight, and repetitions of the exercises from your original video.  You get unlimited email access to your trainer.  Just like having your owner personal trainer on your computer screen.

Webcam Workout

$35 per 30 minutes, 4 sessions minimum

Workouts are scheduled with the trainer of your choice, and a webcam can be provided to you. You and your personal trainer are able to see and hear each other as you do your fitness routine. You have unlimited email access to trainer.  Just like having a one-on-one session with a personal trainer at a gym.
